Glass Cube Texture

Step 1

Create a new document (i made it 300*300px), black foreground, white background.

Apply the Clouds Filter (Filter –> Render –> Clouds).

Step 2

Now apply Filter –> Render –> Difference Clouds two or three times.

Step 3

Goto Filter –> Distort –> Glassr..

Set Distortion to about 14, Smoothness to 3, Texture to Blocks and Scaling to whatever you like, I used 50%

Now, this looks like glass..

Step 4

Last step is to Hit CTRL-U and pick a blue (or another color) for the Glass Texture.

I used 207/15/0

It should look like this now:
